भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ने क्लर्क भर्ती हेतु आवेदन मांगे है। 20,000 क्लर्क की भर्ती पूरे भारतवर्ष से की जानी है और इसके लिये आवेदन करने का एकमात्र तरीका "ऑनलाईन फॉर्म सबमिशन" है।

तकनीकी रूप से समृद्ध हो रहे देश में इस प्रकार की व्यवस्था पर गर्व किया जा सकता है जहाँ आवेदन से लेकर परीक्षा एवं भर्ती तक की प्रक्रिया त्रुटिरहित एवं तीव्र गति से की जा सकती है। मगर इस पूरे कार्यक्रम में जो सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पहलू है वो है तकनीकी पक्ष का मजबूत होना... शायद भारतीय स्टेट बैंक को इससे कोई सारोकार नहीं... उन्हें केवल उन पैसों से मतलब है जो अभ्यर्थी द्वारा सीधे ही उनके खातो में जमा करवाये जा रहे हैं।

हज़ारों की संख्या में अभ्यर्थी अपने "डिपॉजिट जनरल नम्बर" लिये साईबर कैफे के चक्कर लगा रहे हैं... मगर भारतीय स्टेट बैंक का "ऑनलाईन फॉर्म सबमिशन" पेज इतना स्लो है कि खुलता ही नहीं।

कुल मिलाकर इस पूरे प्रकरण से भारतीय स्टेट बैंक को लाखों रूपये की बेवजह कमाई होने का अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है...

अब भारतीय स्टेट बैंक इन अभ्यर्थी को पैसे वापस लौटायेगा या नहीं यह तो कहा नहीं जा सकता, परंतु इस पूरे प्रकरण से ठगी करने वालों को एक उम्दा आईडिया तो अवश्य मिल जायेगा.. ;-)
